Talent | Agency

Talent | Agency brokers symbiotic resource exchange between artists and art lovers. One tentacle is facilitating residencies for emerging visual artists that infuse underutilized spaces with infectious creative energy. Recently, Talent | Agency partnered with CBRE/Boulous, Property Management, which generously provided a site-specific installation space at 475 Fore Street, in Portland, Maine from 2012-2013.

Our first artist-in-residence was Rachel Manley, pictured above at work on her installation "Garden Skyline," on Fore Street. Many more images can be viewed here.

Talent | Agency most recently hosted IlaSahai Prouty, whose installation "Goldilocks Saves the World" was on view during the Winter of 2013, and is visible in the following images.

This is part of Prouty's larger "Dream Repeater" series. For more information on Ila Sahai Prouty's work, click here.  She gave a wonderful slide talk and is a highly recommended visiting artist.
